I have an example of this board in Eurocard format.
Interestingly my board has had wire modifications made to the rear of the board around the configuration switches.
I planned to remove these and restore the board to original however I checked the mods against the schematic and found that they are correct, so is this an early version board which Rockwell made mods to ?

Board Configuration
The board has a two banks of DIL switches for configuration.
An 8-way DIL switch (S1) selects the base address of each of the two sections of 4K RAM, a 4-way DIL switch (S2) selects the Bank configuration and allows the RAM to be write protected.
