CU-MEM is Eurocard with 8 24/28-pin memory sockets that can be populated with either EPROM or RAM in two banks. Either up to 16K of EPROM or 8K of RAM. If low power RAM are used e.g. 5516 then it can be battery back-up with the on-board rechargeable NiCd battery. It also carries a processor reset circuit which prevents corruption of memory when power is applied or lost.
